2025 marks the third year I've completed this labor of love. There's so much going on, so much noise and so much signal, and so many important potential inflection points. The story is much more complex than it was even five years ago, and it's remarkably different as well.
When Bruce and I founded Halcyon, one of our BHAGs (big hairy audacious goal) was that eventually, Halcyon could power all the data and research contained within this presentation. At exactly 200 slides, we're not quite there yet — but we are on our way.
